Diffuser Blend QUICKLY

One of my favourite blends contains three different essential oils.  Lavender, Lemon and Peppermint are three favourites and they are very supportive.  They provide seasonal support when the pollen levels are high.

Typically I used to open each of the three bottles in turn when adding my drops to my diffuser.  Two drops of each into the water, putting the lid on clicking on.   As you can imagine this took a little time.

A simpler and quicker option is to pre make your blend and its ready to use quickly and easily.  It so much more effective to open one bottle instead of three.

Step 1.

Take an empty essential oil bottle.  This can be an upcycled bottle or a new one.

Step 2.

Add your essential oils to your empty bottle.  In the video my blend calls for equal drops of the three oils so I added the 3 5ml bottles to a 15ml bottle.

To work out your ratio use the guide of a 5ml bottle holds 80drops and a 15ml bottle holds 250drops approximately.
